What is your return policy?

You can choose to return an item in exchange for store credit by informing us within 15 days of receiving your order. To process the return, the piece will have to be shipped back to us with all the original tags and labels in place. Custom made orders are not eligible for a return.

What is your refund policy?

We provide a cash refund only if we have shipped an incorrect or defected piece. Please let us know within 15 days of receiving the order in case there is an issue with the outfit.

Can pieces be exchanged for another size?

If you order from our standard sizes (S,M,L,XL,XXL,38,40,42,44,46...etc) we can exchange the piece for another size in case of a fit issue.

What about custom made pieces?

Unfortunately for custom made pieces, we are not able to do exchanges or returns unless the package has been damaged in transit or there is a defect in the piece. 

How do I go about returning a piece?

Drop us a mail on kunaal@shopspringbreak and we will guide you through the process. For orders within India, we will arrange a pickup. For international orders, the piece will have to be shipped back to us. All return requests should be sent to us within 15 days of receiving the order.

How will I receive the refund?

Refunds will be credited back directly into the account from which the original payment was made. Refunds will take about 10-15 days to be processed after receiving the product back.
