DELIVERY
Is there a shipping charge for orders placed?
For orders within India there is no shipping charge.

For all international orders we offer Free Shipping on orders above INR 15,000. For orders below INR 15,000 we charge a flat rate of ₹1950.

Is Cash On Delivery available?
No. Because we make most of our items on a Made to Order basis, we cannot offer Cash on Delivery. Issues with paying via Card or Net Banking? Get in touch with us and we will be happy to work out alternate modes of payment.

What is the estimated time of delivery?
The estimated time of delivery is 7-10 business days from the order date for domestic orders and 15 business days from the order date for international orders. In case of any delay we would inform you by email. All orders are dispatched WITHIN 7 DAYS from date of order. 

Is there a way to track my order?
We will send you a shipment email once the order is dispatched. This will contain the tracking number of the package, which can be used to check the status.
 
Is there a way to cancel an order that has already been placed?
Once an order has been placed, we cannot accept a cancellation if the order has been processed. In case a modification in the order is needed, you can email us at kunaal@shopspringbreak.com. We will try and make any requested changes if the order has not been processed.
